Blood orange + strawberry juice

Blood oranges are a nutrition powerhouse – unlike other citrus fruits they contain anthocyanins, the same antioxidant pigment found in purple carrots – plus they’re also a source of vitamin C, fibre and folate. Grab them while they’re in season!
Ingredients
4 small blood oranges, peeled and chopped
100 g strawberries, hulled and chopped
1/4 cup water or coconut water
Method
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender or Thermomix until smooth and frothy. (Thermomix: 20 sec/speed 10).
Divide between two serving glasses.
