coconut sage spritz
Move over aperol spritz, there’s a new kid in town. Made with stunning artisan St-Germain elderflower liqueur, kefir and kombucha, these conscious cocktails are my spritz of choice this Summer.

[For over 18s only]
1 cup coconut kefir (or coconut milk)
5 fresh sage leaves, plus extra to garnish
60 ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur
Ice, to serve
Lemon kombucha, to spritz
Place coconut milk/kefir, lemon, sage, St-Germain into a blender and process until frothy and smooth (Thermomix: 25 sec/speed 6).
Divide ice between serving glasses. Pour over coconut mixture, top with kombucha to taste. Garnish with extra sage leaves, if liked (and fresh elderflowers, if liked).
