Move over aperol spritz, there’s a new kid in town. Made with stunning artisan St-Germain elderflower liqueur and lemon kombucha, these conscious cocktails are my spritz of choice this Summer.

Ice, to serve
3 tbs (60ml) St-Germain elderflower liqueur
3/4 cup (180ml) lemon kombucha
2 rosemary sprigs, to serve
Squeeze fresh lemon juice (optional), to taste
Lemon, thinly sliced, to serve
Divide ice between serving glasses. Pour over elderflower liqueur, top with kombucha (using extra, if liked) and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice (optional).
Garnish with rosemary and sliced lemon.
