Almond Quinoa Pastry - Louise Keats, Sweet Nourish

This is the perfect substitute pastry in place of a regular shortcrust. This vegetarian, delicious, nourishing recipe can be used to make the Ricotta fruit tart and the Lemon tart, or your favourite tart or pie.

Made with butter, egg, quinoa flakes, raw almonds, plain and wholemeal flour, and cold water, this pastry takes less than a minute to whip up in the Thermomix.
